In order to enable all our employees to know more about the basic fire fighting knowledge, heighten their safety awareness and self-protection ability, cope with sudden fires, grasp the technique of self-rescue, the ability in putting out fire and in evacuating personnel and properties methodically, to and ensure the personnel’s life safety and the company’s property safety, Suzhou Hanraysun Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. organized a fire-fighting drilling among all the staff members.
The full fire drill by the company director, personnel administration Miao Xi as commander, responsible for the organization and command of the fire drill. Walkthrough Working Group is divided into: alert group, group evacuation, fire fighting group, the rescue group of four groups.
From 9 am to 10 am that morning, our company organized all the departments and groups to attend the drilling communication and coordination meeting on the No. 1 meeting room on the 4th floor. Instructor Zheng You yuan from Suzhou Social Security and Fire-fighting Service Center was especially invited to the meeting to offer training to related personnel concerning firefighting safety-related knowledge and practical operation. Besides, detailed deployment and arrangement on the fire-fighting drilling in the afternoon was also carried out.
At 15 pm. that afternoon, the security guards gave the firefighting alarm. All the drilling groups were quickly in place after hearing the instruction. All the volunteer firemen and the personnel had their firefighting work cards with them. In a short while, they, by giving order and gesticulating, evacuated the personnel in the workshops, staircases and emergency exits to safety places speedily and methodically according to the designated route.
The fire-fighting drilling was going on methodically and intensively according to plan. When the overall evacuation was over, personnel of all the departments assembled outside the office building for a check of personnel. After that, the security guards directed the representatives of all the departments to put out fire on site by means of dry powder extinguisher.
After the drilling, commanding staff gave all the personnel an explanation on the fire safety emergency operation and the skills of fire escape, so that our personnel shall known how to correctly send an alarm, put out fire, evacuate and carry out self-rescue and escape in the event of fire. At last, the commanding staff gave a general comment of the drilling this time and thought highly of the drilling result. He also praised the personnel’s obedience of order and quick action and asked our personnel to further heighten their awareness of safety production and announced the fire-fighting drilling was a big success.
The fire-fighting drilling this time heightened the participants’ safety protection consciousness and flame extinguishing ability. Besides, all our employees have had a further understanding of the common sense on fire safety and enhanced their ability in coping with fire. In the process of fire-fighting drilling, the ability of all the drilling groups in terms of organization, commanding and coping with emergency was enhanced as well.
